In 1952, Bosch started its record of unmatched performance and quality. Today, the Bosch kitchen mixer is uniquely designed with its motor beneath the bowl, making it more compact and lightweight.
The dual wire whips' triple whipping action allows you to whip as little as one egg white into over a cup of meringue. The NutriMill Cookie Paddles (sold separately) are perfect for creaming butter and mixing medium to thick batters and cookie doughs. The NutriMill Cake Paddles (sold separately) thoroughly mix pourable batters or light mixtures without incorporating too much air. Ideal for quick breads, muffins, and pancakes which can become tough and chewy if over-mixed.
The heavy-duty dough hook is designed to mimic the motions of hand kneading to stretch, tuck, and fold the dough for maximum gluten development, kneading 100% of the dough every 4 rotations around the bowl. With the included dough hook extender, you can knead as little as one loaf of bread (3 cups flour) or up to 10 1-pound loaves, with either white or whole grain flour. The powerful belt-driven transmission delivers adequate torque to knead light or heavy loads without overheating or bogging down. The dough hook can mix up to 34 dozen cookies in a batch.
Four suction feet on the base grip the mixer to your counter for optimum stability. Choose from 4 speeds with pulse. Convenient cord storage. Many optional accessories and attachments are available to purchase separately for increased functionality, such as a blender, meat grinder, citrus juicer, food processor, slicer/shredder, pasta maker, and more.
I appreciate how easy my new Nutra mill works it has an extension that makes grinding a large amount of grain into flour. I also love the size of the machine. It does not take up a lot of counter space and for my kitchen. It fits perfectly under my cabinet where I store my mixer.
I have 3 of these Classic mills. Got first one over 20 years ago. Still works. Bought last one about a year ago because they were $100 off and just got it because the price was good and if I ever needed a replacement I would have one. No problems with any of them. Wouldn't have any other kind. Use it at least 4 times a week.
As a beginner, I was a little intimidated, but this mill made the process simple. I’m excited to keep experimenting with different grains and recipes. If you’re thinking about getting into home milling, I’d definitely recommend giving this mill a try!
I purchased a NutriMill classic for myself several months ago. I absolutely love it! In fact, I love it so much that I purchased another one for my granddaughter. She is an amazing cook and baker. She believes in healthy cooking. I can’t wait to see and hear about the things she will make.
This is my first grain mill. I'm a prepper who just threw away a bunch of expired flour I didn't use because it doesn't last like wheat berries (10 yr shelf life). So I got wheat berries for the longevity of shelf life and needed a mill. After researching a great deal I found the ratings to be very good on this model I just milled up spelt berries for the first mill of my machine yesterday. I ran the flour through twice and it looks amazing. This is in the first 30 days of owning my mill so thats all I know. It was packaged well and looks great. The knobs seem a bit lack luster as far as knowing where your at in the scheme of things. I milled my flour 2 times because at first it did not seem to be moving the grain at the hopper down to the grinder but it was moving just very slowly so I opened it up and it moved faster but milled it more course so I ran it through again at a slower speed. This seemed to satisfy the issue, I am a novice beginner in the milling world with one mill under my belt. Looking forward to many more mills.
We started milling our grains about a month ago and are very much enjoying making bread made from whole wheat berries. The Nutrimill is super easy to use and very fast. We are sharing the milling experience with our married kids and encouraging them to start on this adventure, too.
I abselutly love that you can mill soooo much wheat in such a little time and not worry about the wheat getting burned up (my old mill i had to worry) My only annoyance is the dumping of the little cup on the inside. After awhile it adds to the list of things I COULD live without. Haha .
We’re a family of 6 so needless to say we eat a lot! We’ve been amazed and will never go back to store bought. It takes less than 10 minutes to mill 15 cups of berries and we’ve used hard white wheat, hard red wheat and einkorn so far and all have done great. We’ve made bread, waffles and pizza dough and every time has been incredible texture, flavor, and easy to do. So grateful to have our nutrimill!
Works quickly and quietly. No dust at all , everything is self contained. Will recommend to friends and family as I talk them in to milling and baking their own healthy , fresh bread
