Returns Policies and Refunds

All returns and refunds are subject to the following below:

  • Culinary Cave has the right to cancel any orders for any reason. In the case of a cancellation, the customer will be refunded immediately.
  • Discount codes or promotional pricing can not be applied to purchases retroactively, and may only be applied to future purchases within the discount code or promotion lifespan.
  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. 
  • Any orders that are canceled or refused after the product has shipped out are subject to a restocking/ and or reconsignment fee dependent upon the brand that was purchased. Reconsignment fees can be upwards of $250.00 depending on the shipping carrier.
  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided when ordering and the carrier cannot deliver the package and it has to be returned back to the corresponding warehouse, a restocking / reconsignment fee may apply dependent upon the brand that was purchased. 
  • Returns will be accepted only for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and have not been installed.
  • Items that are marked as clearance or discontinued are subject to a non-refundable policy
  • Returns are not accepted on accessory items such as chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, dishwasher panels, range oven doors, Barry’s Restore It All products, MicroVisor products, Lo & Bright products, and Boston International products.
  • Please note that returns are not accepted for addresses outside our normal shipping range. We only ship to the lower 48 states outside of Alaska and Hawaii!

Return Policy By Brand:

ZLINE Kitchen & Bath: A shipping fee applies for items returned before 30 days. Items returned before 60 days are subject to a 20% restocking & shipping fee. Accessories such as chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, etc are not returnable!

Arteflame: Returns are accepted up to 15 days after delivery. Returns need to be unused and in original packaging. A 20% restocking fee may apply. 

Broan-Nutone: Returns are accepted up to 30 days starting from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and a return shipping fee. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used or installed! For products that arrive damaged, damage must be documented with photos and the delivery must be refused.

Boston International: Returns are not accepted on Boston International Products!

Butler Furniture: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. Damage must be reported within 7 days after delivery. A 25% restocking fee may apply. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used or installed! For products that arrive damaged, damage must be documented with photos and the delivery must be refused.

Barry’s Restore It All Products: No returns are accepted on Barry’s Restore It All products!

CAL Lighting: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. A return shipping and 20% restocking fee per product may apply.

Cowboy Cauldron: Returns are accepted up to 60 days after purchase. A return freight shipping fee will apply. 

Danya B: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. A return shipping fee will apply.

Empava: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all customer remorse returns that are not considered damaged or defective. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used or installed! For products that arrive damaged, damage must be documented with photos and the delivery should be refused.

Ethan + Ashe: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. Pre-paid return labels are provided.

Forno: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. A return shipping and 30% restocking fee per product may apply. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unboxed, used, or installed! For products that arrive damaged, damage must be documented with photos and the delivery must be refused.

Breda | Faber | Cavavin | Falmec | Fulgor Milano: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. A return shipping and 20% restocking fee per product may apply. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unboxed, used, or installed! For products that arrive damaged, damage must be documented with photos and the delivery must be refused.

Forte | ILVE: Returns are accepted for up to 30 days after delivery. A return shipping and a 15% restocking fee per product may apply. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unboxed, used, or installed! For products that arrive damaged, damage must be documented with photos and the delivery must be refused.

Fotile: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. A return shipping fee per product may apply. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unboxed, used, or installed! For products that arrive damaged, damage must be documented with photos and the delivery must be refused.

Galanz: Returns are accepted up to 30 days starting from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and a return shipping fee. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unboxed, used, or installed! For products that arrive damaged, damage must be documented with photos and the delivery must be refused.

Hedley & Bennett: No returns are accepted on Hedley & Bennett products!

Kalalou: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Kingston Brass: No returns on glass, ceramic, or porcelain, including sinks, bathtubs, consoles, and vanities. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. A return shipping and 25% restocking fee per product may apply.

KubeBath: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. A return shipping and 25% restocking fee per product may apply. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unboxed, used, or installed! For products that arrive damaged, damage must be documented with photos and the delivery must be refused.

La Pavoni: Returns are accepted 10 days after delivery. A return shipping fee may apply.

Lynn & Liana Designs: Returns are accepted 14 days after delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

LG: Returns are accepted up to 30 days starting from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and a return shipping fee. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unboxed, used, or installed! For products that arrive damaged, damage must be documented with photos and the delivery must be refused.

Midea: Returns are accepted up to 30 days starting from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and a return shipping fee. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unboxed, used, or installed! For products that arrive damaged, damage must be documented with photos and the delivery must be refused.

MICROVISOR: No returns are accepted on MICROVISOR products!

Moe’s Furniture: Returns are accepted up to 15 days after delivery. A shipping and minimum 15% restocking fee may apply. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unboxed, used, or installed! For products that arrive damaged, damage must be documented with photos and the delivery must be refused.

Panasonic: Returns are accepted up to 30 days starting from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and a return shipping fee. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unboxed, used, or installed! For products that arrive damaged, damage must be documented with photos and the delivery must be refused.

Premier Copper Products: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. A return shipping and 20% restocking fee per product may apply.

Ratio Coffee: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. A return shipping and 20% restocking fee per product may apply.

Sharp: Returns are accepted up to 30 days starting from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and a return shipping fee. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unboxed, used, or installed! For products that arrive damaged, damage must be documented with photos and the delivery must be refused.

Solo Stove: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. No fees are applied for returns within 30 days.

Sagebrook Home: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. A 25% restocking and shipping fee may apply.

Summit Appliance: Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. A return shipping and 25% restocking fee per product may apply.

Surya: Returns are accepted up to 60 days after delivery. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Whirlpool: Returns are accepted for up to 30 days after delivery. A return shipping and a 15% restocking/processing fee per product may apply. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been unboxed, used, or installed! For products that arrive damaged, damage must be documented with photos and the delivery must be refused.

Whiskey And Wine Design: Returns are not accepted on Whiskey & Wine Design Products!

Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please review the policy of the brand you purchased above.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Full refunds will be issued if you would only like to return and do not need a replacement. To submit a return request, please email us at sales@culinarycave.com or give us a call at 1 (770) 769-5032 and we would be happy to assist you.
  • Please provide a few clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • If an item arrives damaged and it is installed we cannot accept a return or an exchange!
  • Before installing your unit, please test the item(s) for proper functionality by plugging it into the wall and testing all functions. If the unit does not work, please contact our Customer Experience Team right away.

Refunds:

  • Refunds on returns are issued within 48 hours once the item is received and inspected. Following the issue of the refund, it could take from 7-10 business days to reflect the credit to your bank statement.
  • Shipping and restocking fees are deducted from the refund dependent upon the return policy of the brand. 

Shipping Address Changes:

  • We will do our best to accommodate any address changes. However, we cannot guarantee we can change the shipping address after the order has already been put through. If the product has already shipped, any address changes thereafter may incur reconsignment fees. All shipping address changes/updates are dependent upon each brand's return policy. Returning Items Purchased With Affirm:

  • In order to get a refund, please contact us at sales@culinarycave.com and request a refund. We will confirm if a return is possible and the refund amount, according to each partner's respective return policy.
  • Once Affirm receives the refund, the refund amount will show up in your loan timeline within 3–10 business days, and your balance will be updated.

Making payments:

  • While you’re waiting for your refund, please continue to make any monthly payments that are due.

Refund application

  • If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower or cover your next monthly payment. Instead, you can expect fewer monthly payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
  • If your refund is more than your purchase balance, you will get back the difference, minus any interest you have paid. Affirm will credit your payment method within 3–10 business days.

Refunds for paid interest:

  • Unfortunately, Affirm does not refund paid interest. When you make payments, the funds are first applied to the accrued unpaid interest and then the principal. Since interest is the only cost of borrowing with Affirm, it is not refundable.

Where is my refund?

To see the status of your refund:

  1. Sign in to your Affirm account.
  2. Navigate to Pay.
  3. Select your purchase.
  4. Your refund will show up as an adjustment in your purchase details.
